Is the system worth 30 euros? Spotted one in a recycling center in Helsinki today... Decided not to take it. Had some scratches but a really nice looking unit! And heavy!

Is this the one you saw? I agree, it is a nice looking box. I got the exchange rate on 30 euro, and it is about 40.00 u.s. dollars. My personal opinion, if the unit was working or had very minimal repair, that is probably a good price. Of course, I am not really much of a collector, I just really love old boxes and I really enjoy reading the posts from these guys about their boomers.

yup that is the one... a real nice looker but i didnt like the modular construction, its a four piece unit, rca cables connect the deck to the amp at the back. (+ speaker cables) So there is a lot of cable hassle going on there...

Hmmmm...yeah, I suppose that could make a bit difficult for portability...

It would be nice, if it didn't have a 4 inch speaker sitting inside a fake 6 inch grill.

Wow, the C5 looks just like the C4! Anyone know what the differences are?
