It wouldn't be unusual for a package sent surface mail from HK to take 3 months to arrive here in the U.S.
I don't want to give you false hope, but I wouldn't start worrying and/or filing an insurance claim until the second half of May.
Does Ireland have a habit of intercepting and then holding things for ransom in customs?
I've never bought anything from Peppin but as far as I've heard everyone has been a happy camper. If it's going by surface it could take anywhere from sixty to ninety days I believe from HK to the UK.

Yeah, it is the first time that i get something from out of country here in Ireland. I know they did it to me in France once... It might be highly probable that they do the same here!
But still..... it does not say a thing on the tracing that it "Is In Ireland".... Oh well.
I bought 7200 from Peppin, and it also took quite some time for it to get to Texas - I think more than 2 months. The tracking system said the same thing as yours - left Hong Kong, and that was it.
Hopefully you'll get it soon - it is an awesome box!
I hope this works out for you bredgeo, i had 2 parcels from peppin via airmail the first took 3 days and number 2 took just over a week this was over the christmas period, also i had a blaster from australia via ground it took 1 month, surly your parcel should be here by now damn
