Yeah, I went to Ebay.com (something I had not done in a while) and I typed in "boombox".... got 1300 some odd listings and on one of the pages (around the second or so) there were a few of these :

Yes, under "Boombox" there is a guy asking for $2.000 US (or best offer) for a mystery item......?????? Confused........ Is it some golden Bbox or what??????

Has any one seen this or have a rough idea what it is about?

Could be a scam, where the guy is hoping someone will be so curious/hopeful they'll send the money, expecting some ultra-rare thing like the personal, autographed "holy grail" box from some mega-star, but in fact the "mystery item" could be a simple knob. If you have 2 grand to gamble, you could chance it, but personally I think it stinks of "scam", which is probably why it is no longer a valid listing!

How many boxes sell for $2000? I've only heard of ONE ever reaching that level. It was a mint-condition M90.
