I Brought My Babies Outside, Part 2...

oldskool69 - 2008-09-01 13:32

Well after bringing the babies out, some of the other kids wanted some fresh air, so I said "Why not?" Here are the best of the one peice units I have. I do have a Philips D-8634 MkII but it doesn't fit in with this crowd. (Great box regardless, just not the look.)

From left to right (In the first photo): GE 5239-A "Blockbuster", Hitachi TRK-8180E, Pioneer SK-21, Realistic SCR-8, & JVC RC-M60.

I know there are more of these types in my future as I continue to diversify. Big Grin I love the sound and look of each one, the Blockbuster being the jewel soundwise, the Hitachi on looks. Smile

The Blockbuster looks like it's keeping the others in line in a 'peace through superior firepower' kind of way. That radio is one totally classic looking ghettoblaster. Another crop of top group shots OldSkool, love your work.

I definitely need to add a Blockbuster to the wish list as well. Does it actually have 'Blockbuster' written on it?

Rock On.
