DISCIPLINE PLEASE ! No rude attacks to other members!

tpr - 2008-03-13 08:13

We lost a couple of long-time members cause of missing discipline ...
Please stop attacks in this forum!
otherwise consequences will follow.

tpr - 2008-03-13 08:36

AND!
DO NOT ATTACK MEMBERS PER PM!

panasonic.fan - 2008-03-13 08:47

First off, please contact me via PM if you have questions about any of the following. It's easy to misinterpret things you read online, so hit me up with any questions. I will happy to explain if you don't understand or are confused about any of it.

Please folks, old and new alike, treat each other the way you would like to be treated. If you are cynical/abusive by nature, don't bring it to these forums in the form of attacking (or responding to attacks of) other members. Report abusive comments via a PM to *TPR*, Retro and myself, and let us handle it.

Personal attacks will be dealt with swiftly, and severely from this day forward, *regardless* of how long you have been a member here. If you have a beef with someone about an auction, or an asking price, or even your fave box against his/hers, stick to the opinions about said auction/price/fave, and DO NOT make personal comments about the person you don't agree with.

ALSO

Do not get out of hand with PM's. It's there to allow you to communicate with others directly, please don't abuse it by harassing someone you don't agree with.

If you cannot abide by this, please leave the forums permanently. Now.

Thank you for your support, understanding and cooperation on these very important issues to the long term "health" of the site.

hey - sorry about all this--

an argument i was having with another member went foooey -- i made a final post on the CK-5 thread - then immediately put that member on my ignore list --expect he would do the same -

I know I just said this else where, but I hope, I JUST HOPE, that we all realize this is a HOBBY! You win some, lose some, laugh support and disagree at times but in a courteous and hopefully humorous manner. We all have opinions. I tell people all the time I believe in God but I don't condemn you if you don't. That's your choice, your opinion. I "RESPECTFULLY" (notice the key word there "RESPECTFULLY" Nod Yes) may disagree with an opinion. But I will never hammer you over it or say you're an idiot. Heck I'm pretty stupid and have proof! Laugh Out Loud And yes we are competitors with each other buying or selling. We are also fur traders with each other. But we should see ourselves as family. Albeit a unique one, a family nonetheless.

What this means is that yes, you will get p****d off about something from time to time. Go get your grail, listen to some tunes and calm down before posting. Heck, me and my wife write letters first, edit and then give them to each other so we don't tick one another off. (And if your a married man you lost anyway! Laugh Out Loud)

The point is I'm pretty sure most of us are grown men and should act like it. Big Grin

Yes, it's over. A shame it came to this, there was no "right" or "wrong" in what you two were discussing. It's a polarizing topic, and perhaps, one that you should avoid in the future.
