The Problem in Austria is, since this year you can not use it. The ORF has changed to digital television, so thousands old TV´s were scrapped.
This poor box too....

Today seen at the great saturday fleamarket in the 4. district.
It´s difficoult to decide where to post, here or in "broken dreams".
Most boxes are in bad condition.
But this 2 are pretty nice.

I´ve seen many noname and unknown (for me) brands today. But it´s very difficoult to take an photo. Because of the people and the dealer (buy it, don´t photograph...).
But i´m still searching for showing to the community.

Hey Roman, in the flea market sometime i buy to sellers coffee or juice to avoid "(buy it, don´t photograph...)" situation. Try this, perhaps will help to get the pics.

Hi all, today on flea market found some new boxes.
Another EI model RK-209L, (i didn't know that this brand is produced a lot of bbx, although i follow in the electronic shops the new electronic and A&V products in years backward).

I´m every year in the east on holidays.
It seems like, i must go to the local fleamarkets and check up this boxes.
In 3 weeks i will go to the balaton/hungary.
Maybe i find something like those nice boxes.

Both have the 3 band EQ.
One has the slider next to it sensibly labelled BALANCE & the other has that same slider confusingly labelled TONE. That has to be a mistake, surely?

Not a blaster, but amazing!
On a short fleamarket trip i saw a big "boomlike" box from far. When i come close i recognised it is´nt a blaster - it´s a mobile Videorecorder!
But very oldscoollike!

In two weeks i go to hungary (balaton) for holidays. I must look for an fleamarket there.
I want such an box (in better condition)....

I really don't know what people doing with theirs radios, that irritate me.

I think Iskra/Unitra is the brand name.
A doublename like Silva/Schneider in Austria.

Hania must be the typename...

But Toni sure can tell it better!

Yes, Roman you're right, as I know Unitra (Poland) is the manufacturer of this box (and many others) by licence of Eltra (Holland factory).
Back in 70 and 80 some of Unitra boxes is import in segment and assembled in Iskra factory in Slovenia to sell on former Yugoslavia market, this is the reason for marking the box with three names.
I don't know the reason why many of ist boxes is named with "Hania", "Slavica" etc.
However this box possibly is unique whit four names on him.

I hope that Fuzzy will be satisfy with this explain.

Hello guys, today on flea I found some more bomboxes.

First box is mint Yorx R-5193, mini with analog clock/timer, I'm not sure that is in database:




Second is Hellsonic Challenger KB-78 mono box, is not in the base:




Third is Ciatronic SRR-156, (ho knows maybe I will find FBI-TRONIC or another agency-tronic ) , big stereo box, also is not in the base, (I do not check, maybe in addition for connecting this box have Phone Line in/out :

I surely took it when i were there and the price is ok.

For me it was an bad fleamarket-day!
Only dusty egg-like boxes and other scrap.
Amazing what waste the people try to offer.

In paper store were I purchase some stuff for my digital printing job.
Wen I was entered in the store I hear the music but I don,t see where from come, after a couple seconds I see.

And my good, in dust but fully working and with all part on him, Unisef mono box.
