thanks sinister...sorry it has taken me so long to reply. If memory serves me correctly it looked like the first "google" image you posted .thanks so much!!! oh, I do remember it had a strap because it was a BIG box. i am not good with dimensions but i know it had to be as big as one of the small to medium size flat screen tv sets u can get now. It had to be every bit of 2 feet wide by a good foot and a half tall.
