Fellow enthusiasts, I just bought a Panasonic RX 5085 from Ebay. [probably from one of you.]
I can't tell from the photos but it looks like the rim around the speaker grill might be painted plastic. does anyone have this model? that's really metal right?

It's not metal and its not painted. its chrome plated plastic! Hers's some close ups.
