Truth is, I probably have been for more than a year now. I'm kind of a collector by accident. I found my first box at a Salvation Army a while back: a Panasonic SG-J550L with the manual and everything. Then not long after came a nice Sharp HK-9000 from a Goodwill. Let's just say I got real lucky with both of those.

Today, I almost got a Walkman I'd never seen before, so I'll be posting a question or two about that over in the Walkman area. Meantime, I'll be marveling at the info here, and the wild and crazy variety of boomboxes and Walkmen that have come out over the past 20 or 30 years. You know where to find me.
