If somebody can tell me more about this "beast" with these 7 speakers?!

Well i have one , it is ok and has all u need, but be warned the woofer looks way better then it does pump, but this does only matter if u expect a bassmonster.

it looks why wetter than it sounds. All Philips bboxes sound very nutral - no crispy highs, no black deep bass ... the big one in the mid is no real subwoofer! It's a showmaker ...

HI-FI TOM I have to contrary you. For sure what you have said doesn't aplies to all the Philips BBX.Right now I'm asthonished about the quality of a PHILIPS AR 774-new entry in my colection-incredible sound,very clear with plenty of pleasent highs and a round bass,not a boomer indeed,but loud enough.Unexpected good sound.I'm about to say one of the best.
About the d8554 I don't know anything,sorry.
