Great pics. My 5 y.o. is the same way. I bought him a T-Shirt with many boxes on it. We can barely get it off of him to wash it. Big Grin

did they have radio when you were young?

redbenjoe - 2008-07-25 16:53

Laugh Out Loud
my very first collector radio --
was an american made Zenith 7 transistor model --
i was the first kid on the block to have one --and it was considered an incredible breakthrough -
because the next smallest size radio was 10 times bigger !!!! --really--

but the 2 1/2 inch speaker sounded like crap Smile

sorry to go off-topic //got carried away.

My kid's friends are like HUH when they see my Boxes.I actually took my M70 to the pool at my Apt.Complex today b4 taking these pics and the Lifeguards were like Totally Radical Dude. What is that system? I said it's a boombox from the early 80s to which they replied I wasn't even born till 89, NEVER saw one in real life only in movies and music videos.I gave them some details of this particular box and they were also like HUH.Good day Boomboxgelizing today Mission accomplished.
