I have both a PC-x105 and PC-x110.My 110 has a manufacture date of April 1994.They both are rated 28w input and have single full range drivers. The volume controls on them go to 25 .They are not overly loud in an old school way. These seem designed to satisfy in a moderately sized room and sounds quite nice with some adjustment.Bass is satisfying with the "multibass horn" engaged.Personally I prefer the 110 as it has a 3 band software equalizer (100hz,1k,10k) instead of just the bass and treble settings on the 105.The 110 also has a remote unlike the 105.The "1k" is nice to have too brighten up the mids a bit.It certainly is worth the money they are asking.Keep in mind it has an odd style plug running into the back of the unit. Its sort of a figure 8 shape with the edges squared off except the top of the "8" which is rounded.I can't count the number of times I have seen boxes with these sockets and found the cords were not with the box for testing purposes.

If your cutting back on collecting, there's nothing really special about the x110.It's not top of the line for JVC and,as I said, has single full range drivers. Its IS a very nice sounding box if your needing some music in a place too dangerous for something really valuable or classic.

i have one the sound is acceptable but not great ,i use it in the garage it works well for that ,i think the layout of the buttons is very confusing sometimes i just want to smash it lol.

I saw a JVC with Hyper-bass for $25.
(bass port in the center main box)
Forget the model.
dual cass + CD on top
Almost looks like the pc-x110.

I see alot of 'other' boxes too.
Does someone want these?

Well there not the hot boxes that people are looking for, kinda 'el-cheepo' types.

we had one of these where i worked...we messed up the speakers and then i usually used the main unit as a chair when all the real chairs were taken...haha

wasnt a very nice box.

These JVC,s are good to ruff it up with.
Use it in the garage, take it here there.
Im looking for a 'good' junk box. Smile

They dont have any switches sticking out
that might break off.
Cassette buttons are recessed too.
