When company comes over, I whip out my trusty Fisher PH-D360. Don't wanna take a chance with the good stuff when "the gang's all here"... especially when the party is outdoors!!

Spent majority of my fourth with home repairs and block filling the basement CMU walls. Rotated the Fisher PH-460, Panasonic RX-C100, and Sansui CP-99W. Smile

I spent part of that day booming the GF-777 as usual. Cool The TRK-8600 was the box of choice last night. Nod Yes

smokinendo - 2008-07-08 12:25

I had my 777 in my hand walking towards the door and my wife said "What do you think your doing ?" AWHHH Bringing this ? "No your not ! What if it rains !?" OK I guess I'll leave it.... The whole way to the Fireworks I was saying MAN ! I Wish I brought the BOX !

Then when it rained at the Fireworks I got one of her old fashion... I told you so's, thrown in my face

LOL Glad some of you guys got to bump some boomers on the Holiday

moncheeto - 2008-07-08 14:45

never feel bad, as i was sitting in the porch and just thought of the idea of going outside with one of my boxes--the rain was not bad,we got a double wammy of fireworks the first ones the clouds were not letting them be seen the second time around were pretty good--i would had brought a big box but was looking to use some batteries and not lug around with a heavy box Cool

The kind of box you don't care if it gets busted or stolen. Perfect for rowdy parties!

Hey, if it were my choice, I'd keep the thing permanently outside on a leash, but there's a local ordinance against it. Something about providing adequate shelter for your woofers.

Smokin_Endo, your location cracks me up! Laugh Out Loud

When I used to carry b-boxes around, I kept a plastic bag in my pocket for this eventuality. This is the UK I'm talking about, so it was essential. The sound didn't suffer at all (unless the bag rattled against the grilles), but as the b-boxes got bigger, finding a plastic bag big enough was a challenge.

I have two of those, but mine are both RED. I think your green tone looks prettier! What that box has to do with those Toshiba Bombeat stickers, though, is beyond me! LOL Good one!
