Sanyo score

fuzzyduck - 2008-06-24 11:33

Haven't been having much luck at all lately finding radios anywhere, even from the dump so I phoned the exporter guy I know to see if he'd found any for me. He told me he'd picked one up and would save it for me so I went to have a look this morning to find a very dirty but complete Sanyo M9990.

I tested it out when I got home only to find that the sound was barely audible even when turned up full. I'll post more about this in the tech area shortly. It also needs new belts.

This well built midsized sweetie is totally packed with features but I can't answer any "how does it sound" questions at the moment unfortunately. Frown

LOL, I always get the dirty ones. It's more fun cleaning them up and seeing the end result! Big Grin

Thanks folks,
It was moslty clean inside apart from some dust in the bottom.
I want to get the volume fixed before I do any cleaning though, looks like it was used in a workshop maybe.

Looks a well made piece of kit, nice tweeters look like they'll do the job, and wicked VU meters.
