redbenjoe - 2008-11-04 06:47

Litfans

jt - 2008-11-04 07:14

1) JVC (M70 & M90 have won me over)
2) Sharp (used to be #1)
3) Panasonic (just flat out well-made)
4) Sanyo (M9990 sounds great, others must as well)

I'm still learning, though... so I reserve the right to change this list in the future!

Does this just mean you don't have a favorite or that you don't really like anything very much?

litfan - 2008-11-04 07:30

The second point.

walkgirl - 2008-11-04 07:40

Sanyo Smile

jaredscottfla - 2008-11-04 07:40

Jvc and Sharp

jlf - 2008-11-04 07:48

Depends on what music Im listening too... Or if Im going to the park, or in the garage, or office.

Ok ok ok, I know... just pick one right? Smile

I love Conion... But then I love the big Marantz... but then I love the cheap Lasonics too! I love the GF's but dont always love how they sound... I could go on... so I'll just say I love boxes!

The list of hates would probably be shorter!

billpc55 - 2008-11-04 08:13

i can honestly say that those flat panel speaker sonys are my favorite boombox i have ever owned. used to the the jvc based on the pc55 i had and the other boomboxes. those huge sony fh series boxes i got just really blew me aways.
i would also say that since owning a nice pioneer boombox i am very impressed with it as well.

- 2008-11-04 08:43

Not ture sure what the best brand is, but the worst goes to sharp.

smokinendo - 2008-11-04 08:58

I love many brands as well ! It makes it very hard to choose just one manufacture, I do love Tecsonic but the Conion is better built and so are the Sharp's. Not sure who I would pick but I know I don't have enough experience with all the different companies to pin point who I think is the very best. Maybe in a few years LOL

Strong statement Tim, just curious why you feel Sharp is the worst? I'm not defending Sharp I'm just curious.

I couldn't pick just one brand since I find certain areas of most major brands that I favor. Smile
