Conion C100F......got it off weelanddeal and drove up there this morning to get it.

He is a great guy, and we had some good conversation about bbx's and such and other things......Overall, it is in great shape, only really needs a good cleaning, a few belts for the lower deck, and upper deck, and a replacement led for the power. Other than that, it still has its DOOR sticker....albeit a little messed up, but it's pretty much all set.

On a personal side note: To the douchebag that likes to anonymously email me (and others) about how greedy I am because I already have one and he could have blah blah blah........just want to say, I own it now, and you can go suck it......hard......loser........haha

I was cleaning it up and the dial light is completely jacked up with chemicals staining....almost etched into the dial.......

Hoooooowever....I must put a huge plug to plastx by Meguiars polish.....rubbed very carefully multiple times.......and hot damn....the lense looks brandy new.....

It has everything but the cassette tray, but the spring and sleeve piece is in place, so I need to find a tray for it......anyone??....two if you got em............LOL

The door is jammed shut, most likely because the belt is broken and the power is always on......> sleep mode.

But overall, she is in great shape......I'd love to work on her more, but I have other priorities to finish before I finish my new toy.....

I used to get stuff like that too... Who would pass up such a chance! When there is a knock at the door, you either open it or ignore it.

They need to research 'Manifest Destiny' and realise that is ideal is ingrained in every American, good or bad; just the way it is!

Nice scoop I actually just grabbed a second too, it's the only reasonable way to get one into tip top shape. By the time I bought the three items my C100 needed I would of spent probably twice what I got the second complete box for and when I'm finished I can use the less attractive bits to complete a second not so desirable box for a return on the investment. That guy sending emails is a total TOOL ! I don't even know why he waste his time ? I've received a few sweet nothing emails from him and it makes me laugh every time. Ironically He hates S2G so much that he signs up anonymously doesn't say anything and then emails a bunch of contributing members hate mail ! If your reading this buddy "Get over yourself ! None of US care what you think !"

I went through and asked the same questions when I first landed on this site. All I can say is that the primary source is ePay, but after you develop some bonds with members here by staying upfront and honest (which is absolutely critical), these things will be presented when you least expect it. This piece was available to me months ago, I just never executed. He then came to me with an offer I couldn't refuse......blamo...I own it.

I've learned the hard way that you must have a HUGGGGGGE reserve of patience with this hobby. I was very fortunate and have met a LOT of great people here. Rushing, whining, demanding, and getting mad will get you absolutely no where........fast.

The best thing to do is also to post in the WANTED section, and if you have the cash, many members will step up to you PRIVATELY and many times make your day.......and sometimes not.....it is really volatile like that. Many people are seeking the exotics like the M90, c100F, the 492 and many many other cool pieces........

Learn to interact, ask questions.....and you'll find how rewarding this site can be.....

Not a problem, when I was big into buying boomboxes, I just made a deal.

For every piece of clothing Betty bought, I could buy a boombox.
