Nice one toocool4
Me too, Captain Rock was the surprise of the evening for me. He was so full of energy & so clearly happy to be there. his enthusiasm came over & he really rocked the place.

I haven't been on a Night Bus in years - didn't get home 'til 3am. That might be normal for twenty-somethings, but I'm 42 now!

There were some technical issues - Chuck Chillout was having some turntable woes, not good when you're a DJ    & someone forgot to switch on Newcleus's Mac so we had to wait for it to boot up. Of course it overran by miles. All in all, a great experience. I didn't make it to UK Fresh '86 & always regretted it. This went a good way to make up for that. Ordered a t-shirt when I got home - Streetsounds is on the up

I met and spent some personal time with Newcleus creator and his wife and son. Sadly Chilli B died not that long ago. These guys are all very very nice people. Donald D was also a top bloke when you spoke with him offstage and away from the crowd. Would have loved to have been there, glad some of you guys got to go.
