Sanyo M-X66

Only just a boombox but figured I'd show it anyway.  Had this one for a few years but only just really had a look at it.  It's from that tiny period when Sony thought that they'd market the micro cassette as a lifestyle choice.  Sanyo, keen not to miss the boat came out with this.  The idea being you could use it as a mini BBX or remove the stereo micro cassette player and use it as a walkman.

Notable features are that this was from the golden age of Sanyo micros, superb quality with loads of chrome and style to boot.  Lots of RCA ins & outs and probably the nicest sounding (and looking) set of Sanyo headphones I've ever seen.

Very nice pictures agentorange, I really like the design of this model, from the color scheme to the chrome accents. How's the sound quality when recording on to micro cassette?
