767 speaker upgrade

replaced the drivers in this 767 yesterday as the old ones was a bit tired,sounds amazing as it now can handle more volume due to the new speakers having more output capacity

thanks pal,there pioneer car speakers,4 ohm so there compatible,i took one of the old speakers into a car stereo shop for an exact match for size and hole mounting,i may upgrade the bass speakers next

lee...........you got the model numbers pall....and can i asume they are 2 way....and have you still got the original tweeter wired in

dave..... there a dual cone mid so yes still got the tweeters wired in.... model is pioneer ts-g1721i....they handle 230w max so there well up to the job
