Thanks guys...only prob i have found...the photo shairing sites won't let me flex my new cameras muscle....they limit the size of the pic...can anybody recommend a good photo shairing site where the size of the pic isn't limited????

mitchelljames - 2012-06-23 11:18

Very nice Crown.

Reno, try flickr.  Also make sure your camera isn't producing massive RAW files.  You can adjust it's output setting to 'Normal' JPG images which is a very useable 3-4mb file, big enough for most needs.

Camera settings are in MP (megapixels), which is totally different from MB (megabytes).

Also, your aperture setting is something completely different.  The aperture is to adjust your 'f' setting i.e. the amount of light your lens lets in to the sensor.  You can't adjust the MP level only the type (size) of image your camera captures, RAW being the largest down to small jpg thumbnail quality images.  Just experiment, it's fun.

What camera did you get Reno?

It's a shame Reno that you liquidated your inventory before aquiring the new camera
