ok iv'e tried this along with a couple of other members a while back and it did'nt pull off so il'e give it another go

i'm talking about a meet up for us UK members, i see all too often on boomboxery the great meet ups they have in the US etc, they seem a lot more passionate about meeting other members and sharing their love for boxes than some of us do.

we are being promised a summer atlast by forecasters so this may get us in the mood.

how about a meet up day here in the uk?

we could have a north, south, and midlands meet all on the same day

for those without transport we could try and arrange a hitch with other members.

it would have to be a weekend because of working members obviously.

it would be great to meet up and bring a box or two and jam out in the sun.

i know there is quiet a lot of members in lancashire and yorkshire so somewhere in west yorkshire or east lancashire would be great for our north meet.

im interested guys but im way down in the south....i am willing to travel though,maybe mj may be up for going with me as he's not to far from me

there is a couple of other members that are very close to me so maybe i can get a group from the south to travel up together????

me and my partner will be travelling from derbyshire to yorkshire to pick andyboombox up and my bro and then over to Docs house

so sunday the 26th of august is the date and i will now leave it up to the host DOCS to give all interested parties he's adress for what's going to be a true blast

up to now we have myself, Deliverance, andyboombox, possibly northerner, and possibly stereo mad and mitchell james, and ofcourse your good self Dave

We have some friends who are about 10 miles from you who we sometimes go & stay with, but unfortunately, I can't arrange a trip on that date.

I'm based in Surrey, so it's too far for me to go for just the one day really...
