Did U look into getting LED inside center dust cap?
you would need to take silver one out for a clear or tinted one u can make.


Use a strong flashlight to the inside box to get ideas where to place more leds.

I would have lighted the top of unit as well by the cassette buttons, and the dial..

The rear of speaker may have cover or vented hole to hotglue  a led in .

WOW....I wouldn't have the nads to try this on a classic box like the 777. I'd screw it up somehow...

I only know of this being done once before.
I wanted to do this to the extreme to surpass the original video,
but I still dont own a sharp 777/999 yet.
Anyway here is the other video so you guys can get an idea for what more to do :
