Just wondered who has the biggest collection of boomboxes in Original Boxes

With so many always for sale, I mainly try and get ones I like in Original Boxes as it's so much harder to find them

I have had so many but always need space and money so end up selling alot of them

But my Akai and Panasonic collection I have kept, also have a few Sony FH boxed

I still have 17 boxed though a few will probably go soon as I haven't the space with all my Arcade machines as well and BMX's

Would love some more boxed Panasonic, Technics and Akai

I have sold many boxed ones, Sony, 3 boxed GF-777 one of which was almost new condition, GF-9090 in Black & Silver, Panasonic 5500, Boots make, few other sharps

i love to have the panasonic 7000 series

I have an FH-7 matching turntable still boxed. It is the PS-Q7. Mine was the Direct Drive version, not the belt drive. sadly it hasn't worked for many years. The auto play doesn't work.

I also have two FH-7 systems (NOT boxed). One that was the first piece of electronics I bought with my Saturday job when I was 14 and a second one I purchased from the classifieds of a local paper about seven years ago.

I have had loads of NIB boxes, but, the temptation to take them out, is too much. All the boxes got burned.

yeah,, panasonic have great sound, starting with the 5700 model which has a wooden sidings which is very gorgeous!!!

I purchased this machine and sent it back because it did not play in reverse. Fully refunded but even so.....

Anyway, I played the radio and tried MP3 through phono inputs and found the sound to be very 'small' and tinny which is unlike most of the other decent Panasonics, so would not want another. I am collecting machines not by cult status; more by sound quality and this one just does not do it for me.
