for anyone in the area of ontario canada there is a jvc m90 selling for 799$ in the kijiji add under boombox . i dont know the seller i was looking on there and spoted it i have one myself so... they dont come around alot so good luck to the buyer i truly value mine and have no regerts for buying the JVC RC M90C this one on kijiji has original manual

It's probably just a bad belt (or 2)
As long as it's not the fusible resistor on the PC board
Then you're in for a costly repair

just bypass tape deck with vintage cassette tape recorder they are muiltiy functunal
