never guess what iv just done? 

iv just toasted my gf909 by putting a 240v lead in instead of 110v....derr!!

i think it's only the power supply that's toast so i need another, 240v would be good but if there's a 110v going that's still good

you may have been lucky and just bust the fuse Lee

but more than likely you fooked the tranny

unfortunately it's not just the fuse nick....and i don't make a habit out of fooking tranny's

Lee try the tranny out of your 767 like we discussed or batts....keep us updated lad......btw you could possibly use the tranny out of that box you had your gf1000 outer speakers from as a permanent fix....but for give me i can't remember the make or how many batts the box takes..it..needs to take 10....you know the box i mean lad, im half asleep...don't even know what day it is lol

i forgot lee-big difference in boxes this but i once did the same thing to a gf4646 when i had the front off it,but i seem to recall it still worked on batteries-so go treat yourself to ten d cells and let the party roll again

andy, it lives again on the 15v dc connection so all good,but your right it will also run on batteries
