johnedward - 2013-04-05 21:05

A warm Sunny welcome to you.  Floridian also here but in Pompano Beach next to Ft. Lauderdale.   Maybe one of the BBX fellows here in USA (shipping is killer expensive over the big pond not to mention some boxes like the Discolite which has not the greatest build quality or case dont do so well in shipping).   Evil eBay probably easiest way to quick find one of these but have to be careful of some sellers who are less than honest sadly.   Feel free to ask here on forum any questions about something you find to buy if community feels its good buy.  Only a small time BBX collector here and of mostly mid and mini BBX's so many people on here have much greater knowledge than I of BBX's.

You can also try www.boomboxery.com  but its probably got a higher percentage of European/UK membership than here.

lav.loo - 2013-04-06 01:16

i would say boomboxery has more US members than here John this is a better site though

northerner - 2013-05-02 22:57

No it's still booming...had a software change recently which seems to have affected when you google 'boomboxery' but its still there with the same web address. I'm on there as much as I am on here lol

really ?  I cannot seem to find the site? and or find the page to login into

What did the software change do - hide this site even further from the public?

northerner - 2013-05-02 23:44

It's just www.boomboxery.com as before. It seemed to be a complete software change so it looks different tho I reckon it's an improvement. Not sure the hiding was intentional lol
