Great box great buy....

Just got it home and it looks nice but very dirty. The cd player is skipping i assume from dust, and volume cuts on lft channel-again dust!!So i guess i'll have to take it apart to clean. Good thing is the cassette still works fine after all this time. The elderly gentleman i bought it from told me his son bought it brand new and only used about 5 times then packed it up and stored it in the garage(1992) so you can imagine the dust this thing has accumulated in 20 years! Came with original unused remote, operating instructions and box(although it's seen better days), even had the salesman's business card from International Stereo in Edmonton!

I do not believe it!, it might just have been an empty box with no radio in it

Nice box! Is this the one with timer and sleep/alarm function? I really like radios with clocks!..

Well this thing sounds amazingly clear and very wide, it's so different sounding than my other panny's .. Cd seems to be working now so maybe just needed to be used a bit to loosen' things up again. Pics will be coming soon as i give it a real clean.

This model doesn't seem to have a clock or alarm-odd for a platinum series unit.

I found the remote for one of these, but still wanting to find this stereo that goes with it!
