I did actually.  Though when I asked Dave to put a hold on it for 24 hours whilst I thought about it and worked out how the hell I was going to pay for it I didn't sleep much that night lol   Was a big deal to blow my budget big time but rather than risking it on an ebay gamble I'm a million times happier getting it from Dave so it wasn't that hard a decision.

I'm at work now trying to check the advice on client records for those advised earlier in the week and I am not concentrating at all...anything could get through my normally eagle eyes today

So the plan is to leave work early and head south.  Gonna call in to see Andy on the way, have a brew and see this mighty Teleton of his. 

Then on to Dave's to pick up not only the most beautiful box I've ever seen but my repaired Aiwa TPR990 too!!  Unfortunately Dave won't be there as he's out boozing so I'll have to see what other boxes I can sneak out whilst I'm there lol

Then I'm off to my sisters for a barbecue so the 920 will have its very first outing within an hour of ownership...got the D's packed and ready.

Gonna have to work hard at not exceeding the speed limit too much on my way down though.

Then as if thats not even boombox related activity for one weekend I'm aiming to meet up with Neil (schneil) on Sunday too.

just take your time when driving here and to docs place too-im not going nowhere and neither is the 920 and 990 so take your time!thats an order!

you were right buying off dave,as we all know he is a great bloke,and his boxes are exactly as he says they are-not like some hammered junk off of the internet-like ive said before,the guys in and from manchester are top blokes

920 all day long the m70 is far to overrated lol

i totally agree tim lad-but how about a pitch against the m90.....ill get aggro for this but i think the 920 beats that too another overrated box in my honest opinion!

you have been doing very well lately with boxes andy lad....over the moon for ya...i have the sanyo c9 not a bad box and pretty loud if i must say myself bro

well tim lad its been through the generosity and kindness of members on here really-the guys know who im talking aboutmy in the wild finds are still fairly low,ie when they show up its low rent stuff still,like the gf7700 i got the other week-if only it had been the gf800 instead,or even the 7850-but through members ive been supplied with some great units down the years-including yourself lad

talk somebody like dell into bringing you down andy....that way i can get my m90 fixed and thers prolly 20 25 boxes you can have here lad including that big pioneer i had a few weeks back
