Member Lav Loo has been banned with immediate effect.

Despite numerous opportunities to do the right thing it appears that Lav Loo has yet to supply his buyers with either items purchased or a refund.  Despite my previous rather forgiving judgement on this situation it appears that giving him the benefit of the doubt was clearly wrong, for this I can only apologise.

The majority of transactions between members usually turn out to be very successful but sadly some don't.  These situations will not be tolerated within this community.

agreed. always give a second opportunity to everybody, and i really hope that LavLoo catches his last train. but when a member does not keep is word repeatedly, it's hard to trust him or her anymore. better ban him/her if this be the case
