My new box and voltage question

tster - 2013-12-04 10:46

So my new baby arrived today, im so chuffed!

My question is, on the side there is a 220V figure of eight type  connector (kettle lead? idk what to call em) and a dc12v port. I need to plug it in so that I can listen to it, what do i need? Can i plug it in the wall here in uk, im guessing not as it needs to be 220V not 240V.

If i need to use the dc port and someone can link me to a adaptor on ebay or amazon etc that i can buy i would be grateful. Sorry, being a newbie I am unsure. Thanks guys.

so you got the Senator! a wonderful box if you ask me, with extra bass and out loud crystal clear voice, one of the best for that size! as deliverance said, 240V will do fine. you'll love her!

Arghhhh i love it. A little crackle when you adjust the volume so I will clean the contacts at the weekend. Also, a little ding on one grill, do these come off easily so I can straighten it?
