That Ebay auction, I've never heard of or seen a M9994 "Special Edition". Advertising misinformation hype?

= S2G edition??

Someone told me the only reason the 9994 weighs more than the other Sanyos is because they put an extra metal plate inside that does absolutely nothing. True?
