well - giving you guys still another chance to rip me off

this one was supposed to be the back-up for my perfect 920 --but after 20 months - the other one is still not broken --
so in case any member wants (IMHO) the very best souding lasonic ---read on :

the box looks GREAT -super chrome ---

except for these 2 little cosmetic issues :
one of the deck screws is not original ---
and as you can tell from the photo -- the back cover must have been some UE 'after-ship' -- because it came from a different 920-

the operations have 2 BIG problems:
you better like FM (ONLY) because the radio mode selector dial does a nifty 360 -- spins around -
and WONT turn the post to AM or SW-
Still - the fm and fm stereo tuner works fine.

the other big deal is that the deck does NOTHING but eject well no motions - no motor sound - no anything ---

after all that warning -- GET IT ANYWAY-
the line-in is perfect -- and the sound is way up there with some real great boxes-

james -- i tried a few 'black box' lasonics but --to me(no offense to anyone) the sounds were big but BORING --so i sold them all--

i think this 920 is the best one to have --

and- sorry- have no 3 piece lasonics

No BS. These Lasonics are the better built variety. Solid sound and you really won't go wrong if you want a good solid one piece box.
