Could be right. The auction states:

that just means that the seller did not fill in any cost for the shipment.( for me beeing german and loggin in via ebay.de i do not see any word about the US)
If you scan on ebay.de lot of them boxes are sold by privates who do not even know that there are people in the us or other countries willing to buy this.And barely them people do have paypal.

I guess this particular seller is one of these guys.


It's getting better with the time..but who knows on this one.
