The first question I asked was had he got any in SILVER (naturally! ) but he has'nt.. If he had them in silver I firmly believe this guy could make a killing on eBay!

no problem -- i bought some cheapos on ebay a few months ago --
and sprayed one side of the metal reels -- silver --
and if you are not a perfectionist/purist -- they look GREAT.

I wanted to buy some of these but I can't seem to buy on eBay.UK Do I have to open a new account or can I use my regular US eBay account ?

Anyone have any in the states to sell ?

I told him I wanted as many colors that he has and if I must have double I'll take purple and pink (I let my wife pick LOL) I was thinking of grabbing a few more ? Kitt said he has 240+ are they readily available in the US and I jumped the gun or was he lucky enough to find those early on ?

Maybe I'll email the guy and ask how much for one more blue ? Is there a color that's very common in the US ?

back on ebay -- several months ago --a usa seller had them in 20 packs real cheap -- the blue and black were not part of that sale --
but then - the seller raised his prices up so high --
that i think this UK seller is now a better deal

new news --

today - in just one week - all the way to florida from the UK --my set of BLUE metal reels arrived --and with cool red leader tapes --

I just bought a lot of 6. Was I supposed to choose the colors? Or are they the same as in the picture. I did ask if he/she could change the black for Zebra. Anyone know?

I got lucky......they had a huge blow out, and I wanted to be prepared for the future.......so I bought up a bunch for a dirt cheap rate, I've used a few for trades........decoration......and the rest are just there to be there.......more than enough to last my lifetime all things being equal.

The colors where 6 at the time, red, green, yellow, violet, purple, and salmon or something.......no silvers or blacks.....which is what I'd love to have.

AT that time, people were paying $75 for 1....

A bunch of us got 20 for 20.......
