Panny C100

redbenjoe - 2008-03-04 22:17

works and sounds 100% perfect

and the cosmetics 'would be' mint except for alot of stains on the right grill -- no dents - just ugly stains -- so it needs to be cleaned - then its like mint--
also - see in the photo - some tape marks on the back of one of the speakers

cant say enough about how strong these sound -- its just outstanding

please pm with best offer during next 7 days and add 65 for insured double box shipping

erniejade - 2008-03-05 09:59

That unit is one of the best sounding and loudest units out there for the people who have never heard one....

redbenjoe - 2008-03-05 10:06

agree with erniejade -- big time Smile

panasonic.fan - 2008-03-05 10:07

I likes me some RX-C100..... LOL.

I already have three, or I would have snapped up this one already.

I would like to get my hands on a black model in good shape. And no RBJ, black does not mean sell me yours and a bottle of shoe polish. Laugh Out Loud

erniejade - 2008-03-05 10:23

Last time RBJ sold me a box he said it was silver but it was purple. He did include a 128 crayola set with the sharperner in the back to change the color back.

redbenjoe - 2008-03-05 10:45

well - guess what --
erniejade stopped sending the crayon payments - AFTER the job was done !

---
and PF -- i think (???) that james67 of canada may have of few of those black ones , which i agree are NICE

redbenjoe - 2008-03-13 19:11

update -- the stains have been removed from the grill -- so now this one is on the verge of mint -

calling it a 9.5 Smile

Ira, I thought you had the Panny sold?
You have no idea what kind of turmoil your putting my tapped out arse through right now with your 660, C100 and the 950.

oldskool69 - 2008-03-13 19:30

I can attest, first hand, that this would be a good buy. Big Grin

oldskool69 - 2008-03-13 19:47

Ira has a layaway plan. It involves you laying away the entire amount required into his PayPal account! Laugh Out Loud Laugh Out Loud

hey MB -- i DID have it sort of sold to a member here -but he asked me to SAVE it 'until he got the money' --
so i have saved it here for a few weeks -

but just found out he changed his mind --

so YES - its still up for offers Smile

oldskool69 - 2008-03-14 10:48

Not shilling for Ira for Ira is a good enough shill...I'm telling all...(or someone)...

Very, Very, Very Nice! Hope he selling cause he has an extra cause these are nice. Big Grin

enskanker - 2008-03-14 10:53

I see it has a battery cover...rare for a redbencupajoe machine. This makes it special.
If it were egg shaped, I would consider it.

masterblaster84 - 2008-03-14 11:07

UE we always knew you were rounded on the corners. Laugh Out Loud

I think RBJ was just selling the shell, all internal parts are extra.

You're most certainly welcome.

Dang!!! I guess I just missed out on that one. Oh well, at least it's good to know there are many other good boxes around. And yes, I do really like BIG BASS!!!!, especially in the pre-90's boxes. The beautiful boxy chrome & silver 80's ones. They really "KNEW" how to make "REAL" boxes back then. The looks, the craftsmanship, the sound quality, they had it all.

Wait, you said RX6400? as in A2? I'm going to check that one out.

Oh, and thanks for the warm welcome.
