how is this 909 model different than a 777 ?
thanks

blaster - 2008-03-05 16:16

its the exact model, but as you can see the bottom half is black outed, sorta stealthy looking...its a Japanese version as well so almost all the lettering is written in Japanese...it doesn't have short wave..operates on 100volts...so a step down converter is suggested for use in the US...tho many may argue is not necessary but i use one to conserve it..

cit:

The gf777, gf909, gf919, gf999, and gf1000 are all practically the same box. They have minor differences like speakers that are rated at being able to achieve lower hz or extra watts here and there. but they're not differences you're really going to notice. The gf777, gf999, and gf1000 and they all basically sound the same. All use four 6.5" woofers so it's really not comparable to the gf9696 series. To ask if it's the "BEST" is a matter of opinion and pretty much pointless.

i know how you feel blaster. looks like the boombox market is finally slowing down. i offered to hand deliver my jc2000 using my own gas for almost a 300 dollar loss from what i paid 12Fear for it. no takers Frown
