GF 777

redbenjoe - 2008-02-24 17:11

100% working , complete and mint other than a FEW MINOR marks that wont photo --please pm with best offer during the next 7 days --and add 65 for double boxed insured shipping -

also. i have two other nice boxes up to post this week (GF508 and Telefunken 1M)--
and in all 3 cases - i think it might be best to go for these - instead of holding back for the next 'better' ones - because i just dont think there are any better ones - anywhere - REALLY !

jimski - 2008-02-24 17:13

Sweet, i think pf was looking for one of these.

redbenjoe - 2008-02-24 17:18

PF now lives in florida -- it would 'be in his best interest' to come down here with a big van and lots of $$ !!

masterblaster84 - 2008-02-24 17:22

I would advise anybody who can to drive down and pick these up to do so. Smile
Ira, you have a lot of friends in the US who just aren't close enough to pull this off but I'm sure someone will get the hookup on these. Wink

I'm certainly jealous of whoever gets these. Nod Yes

redbenjoe - 2008-02-24 17:35

thanks MB - "wish you were here"
but must admit - there are no boxes worth the 5,000 mile round trip!
but i did read in a post that royal traveled to the orient to get a box

That sounds like a "Royal" pain in the arse for a box, I hope he made a nice vacation out of it. I agree 5,000 miles is to much, I think 4,500 is miles to much for all but a select few boxes in top condition. So far the most I've traveled is 350 miles and that wasn't for an average box either. Smile

redbenjoe - 2008-02-24 19:28

MB - what box did you travel the 350 for ?

masterblaster84 - 2008-02-24 19:45

I've done it twice actually.
GOLDSTAR TSR-801 in Mint condition
FISHER PH-492K in good condition and fully functional.

starfreak1 - 2008-02-26 07:21

i sent a PM, definately VERY interested in the GF777, looks fab. I only collect the very best condition boxes and this looks like a winner and I always pay top dollar. please email me via the email address i sent in the PM.
thanks!

I've got to agree Ira, WOW! Somebody buy this beauty so the rest of us don't have to be tortured watching it. Wink

redbenjoe - 2008-03-16 19:49

i think that the interest here has been so little-

because the hong kong prices are so little Confused

masterblaster84 - 2008-03-16 19:56

That may be true but I've also noticed that it's getting tougher for me to sell items. I don't sell a lot but the last few months have brought an onslaught of low ball offers for my items. It's also taking me weeks to sell my items where it used to be days. Hang in there and I'm sure you will eventually sell it. Wink

redbenjoe - 2008-03-20 20:52

well - weeks later -- this nice box is still for sale --
Madonna was over here today - and offered to sit on it --i told her that the GF777 could sell itself -
