Lasonic TRC-931

j.costa - 2009-03-08 06:12

Hello Everyone,

It's been a while since I posted last time.

Some years ago I bought a Lasonic TRC-931, the model with the vu on the right side, but it's seating there since then.

Now I'm considering selling it, it's in real real good condition and everything works perfectly.

So anyone interested please contact me at: jcosta1968@hotmail.com

I will post some better pictures.

Regards,
J.Costa

I said that there was some minor scratches, so I took some close ups to them, their are more noticeble here in the pictures, when I saw the pictures I went to confirm them. Now I will do some cleaning on the unit, just the dust.

Greetings,
J.Costa

Looks great, man! Cool The power meters on yours look pretty bright compared to the way the meters on mine look nowadays. It also could be that your 931 is in FAR BETTER condition! Big Grin

Hello,

Endeed the Lasonic looks very good and the leds are bright, I believe that they are as bright as they were when the unit was brand new because I had another box with similar leds and when I bought it the leds were as bright as this ones now.

Today I listened to a little of FM and it sounded very clean and nice, no vibrations of the box. I bought this some years ago and maybe it has about 2/3 hours of total playing in my hands.

As said here this is the first edition and this one is in excelent condition!!

To prove this the tape deck door opens very slowly and soft, it does not opens as it was falling down. Both decks sounds great with same sound and with the same speed. I have a small video to prove it, how to upload here a video??

the only thing is that sometimes when turning up or down the volume a scratch sound is heard, which I believe it's dust on the contacts, but suprinsingly today turning up and down the sound, it desappeared, seems that with use it's not there...

I bought it for nostalgic reasons as I prefer Hi Fi separates, like NAD, Marantz etc.

Greetings - J.Costa
