No 4 VUs, I guess that is 3 VUs + 1 radio scale.
But still, even 3 VUs is radical.

This is one of the best sounding one-piece-units I've ever heard.

Nice, warm sound with great bass. I got no technical information about this, but if you can get it for a little money, go for it!

And yes, one VU is for the radio intensity (left side) and on the frequency (right side). It got also a built in clock with timer ...
