jaybud - 2008-07-10 04:25

I have a Conion Explode 5000 Boombox, model EP-007 for sale. It is in good shape and works well, with the Disco Light and Motion Detection Security to keep the thieves at bay... I wasn't able to find any info on this specific model so I don't know where to start the pricing. I will upload photo's thursday.

Thanks,
Jay

i think its a black 3 piece box about 33 inches long with 8 inch woofers and a strobe light above the tape decks and a lasonic trc 931 type led display with a 20 band eq ,

Hello all,
Sorry about the delay in getting picss posted. I had a overheated radiator explode in my face and arms last week and had to lay low for a few days. I was lucky and was wearing shades so my arm is what took the brunt of it. The hose blew and resulted in 1st and 2nd degree burns, but I was lucky to not have more extensive burns. I am still selling the boombox and look forward to some feedback on this, any info would be helpful as I would like to see it go to a good home. My friends and I purchased it new in Wash. D.C. (ELectromax maybe?) in the mid to late 80's. Everything seems to work, including the disco light and the alarm system. It has a voltage selector switch on the back that shows 120v, 220v and 240v input. Also has two different power cord inputs. I hate to see it go but we have a baby on the way and need the room. It's big, real big. And our apartment is small. How do I go about posting pics?
