Damn Cheap

I've noticed that a lot of nice boomboxes go for cheap money in Germany. Why is that?

It appears that knightscreek is in Germany and this is his first boombox.

FD, that's because lots of people here do not know about their value!Lot's of them, especially elderly people, refer to them as old electronic stuff or simply "radiorecorders".

The majority of private sellers find their old stereos and post em up on ebay and in fact do not expect much..so some set pretty low BIN's.

I saw and had a lot of cheap BIN's in the last years.

Only few ppl seem to know the term "ghettoblaster", which is the main term for the search on ebay.(the word boombox is not that common in this neck of the woods).
So this "wrong/not typical name/category" is just another thing for low prices.

Whoever got this one - I'm very jealous

i haven't seen this particular model on ebay.de since ages.

WOW,that guy got a great deal. I have that model and it is very nice (IMHO).

Hey I can't find the BIN on that auction.

Damn great deal for somebody.

I want one of those - especially for $33 BIN - what a price!
