hello jane, looks like you are in UK,what part eg north, south, london, scotland ect..

jane - 2011-08-15 00:53

Hiya
I am in Tamworth or Coventry
Cheers
Jane

ghettoman - 2011-08-15 01:06

your bit of a distance away from me,i'm in manchester with no kind of transport,i think tamworth staffs is about 50+ miles from me so i'm stuffed, but i do know a couple of guys on here that may travel..but really could do with makes and model numbers, but if they are big stereo's you should'nt have much of a problem finding buyers for them..

jane - 2011-08-15 01:33

So tonight i will list model types serial nos and take photos i have discovered loads of radios from the 60s and hifi seperates to its like christmas all boxed wrapped and bagged lol

I agree with those prices but people pay daft money for m70's im glad i don't want one...and it's a 75...same differance to me though...an 880 kills an m70 imho

mrupscale1 - 2011-08-16 17:24

Jane im also interested in your boomboxes. I just sold my restaurant and i want to buy a few to add to my collection before im on to my next project. I am into JVC/Victor the RC series, Sanyo the M series and Panasonic/National. All others are a waste of my time. Love to see pictures and willing to pay for quality!!!

question sent to the ebayer about the JVC RC-M75W  to make a Ebay  listing for Just this model the JVC  M-75W

Just letting ya'll know

mrupscale1 - 2011-08-17 10:14

Yes i think she should sell the jvc rcm75 by itself

kennedy - 2011-08-18 05:19

I'd maybe have gone for the JVC too, and unlike most of you, I do only live 30 mins from Tamworth. Not much use for the others though, I need to downsize my collection anyway . . . £700, really?

radio.raheem - 2011-09-09 11:37

davebush - 2011-09-09 14:19

well done lad.........someone had to have it

bison - 2011-09-09 14:34

nice one raheem,i almost bid on it..i thought there would have been a bidding frenzy at the end.

Cheerz bison....my bid was just for the sake of it....as i had some cash...I diddnt get that beutiful panna....as my funds had been dilayed....I also expected a bidding frenzy...the m75 is so damn rare....it's not oftern things like this happen for me..

ghettoman - 2011-09-09 15:14

Thats what strange, well not strange, more like (normal) about uk,boxes sell for what they are worth,or less..i think whats going on with bidders on ebay america, like a grand for an m70 (lunacy) $3,000 for a conion, mental !! glad i live in uk,coz at them prices i'de have no chance..well even if i did have the money i would'nt pay them prices, there are good prices, and there are plain ridiculous prices..madness !! nothing to do with me,but there is thanks, but i will go with the no thanks !

bison - 2011-09-09 15:26

i inboxed her when she first came on s2go and offered 80 then 100 for it straight off the bat and she refused,i think germanys my best bet for a decent jvc,i copped for a decent 828 the other week off cheapaschips but an m70/75 would put a bigger smile on my face.

radio.raheem - 2011-09-09 15:37

Bison you will get an m70 lad...one day...as for an m75...i think there is only 2 or 3 i have heard of in the whole boombox comunity....Bm bout to send you a pm..

ghettoman - 2011-09-10 08:35

Was gonna say,if you get the M75 lad, just get it up on here for swapps,i reckon you should get a good box swap for it coz they are rare man,i've never seen one in uk for sale..i've got a lovely amstrad you can have ,or a nice radio gram from the 50s

radio.raheem - 2011-09-10 12:35

My dream trade would be this for a bombeat 40...as people have been selling these for daft money...just take stormin normins m70...beutiful listing and nice box..but crazy coinage that went for...mind you i think he diserved it...must have taken hours to put his auction togeather..

rustoleum.bloodstream - 2011-09-13 10:20

you can still find deals stateside just depends on how hard you are willing to hunt for them, and youre timing.
