Beware fraudulant Conion Ebay Action

chris69 - 2012-02-25 17:44

Be carefull everyone. This is a fraudulant auction and the seller is using a stolen picture. That is a Clairtone that was sold a couple years ago and he is describing a Conion.

This guy is definately dishonest and even states " PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION. WHAT YOU SEE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET. NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES. US SALES ONLY, (Ships to the 48 US Mainland States Only)."

what i find very odd is that the box in the pic is a clairetone but he says its a conion, also says its got detachable speakers..hmmm no it does'nt,its a one piece numb nuts lol..

nice spot chris !

I really hate when sellers are dishonest like that and think we are all dumb enough not to check the pics carefully ... 3 feedback with a fake stolen picture and trying to scam someone just to make a fast buck or should i say $650.00 to $790.00 bucks

He changed the picture now since i warned him that i was reporting him to ebay. Now it looks like the right boombox but a photoshopped or cropped picture that probably is not his either...crook

It's good to look out for each other. I'm sorry if i maybe didn't post this in the right catagory (?) I have trouble navigating on s2g. When i search for specific posts or info on particular things it doesn't give me the results in order by date like most groups.
Is there a way to search for post and have them appear by "most recent" first??

Thanks guys

Who buys from someone with no credibility (aka feedback)? I only buy from 100% or 99% after checking their feedback.

98% and less is already "fishy"....
