Panasonic DT-690 Platinum Collection Bi-Amp Boombox

doity - 2012-06-26 23:47

Panasonic "Platinum Colletction" RX-DT690. Bi-Amp (50 watt) and 3-way speaker system makes for a excellent sounding box with very low distortion when volume is up. Has dual-cassette and CD player. Lots of features such as high speed editing and auto-tape selector, etc. Has 4-band graphic equalizer which works very well. Missing remote and missing Panasonic logo on right side. This could be painted in if someone was so inclined. Also, the right hand side tape door needs fixing. I cleaned the tape heads and used some canned air to clean the tape deck wells.

$80 plus $25 postage in the US.

Did you had the chance to compare this beast with the Panny RX-CT990 (also platinum)? Can you share any impressions?
