Sharp 9191 & Crown Z5100 SL for Sale!

ptaka69 - 2012-12-22 14:21

Hey Everybody!:-)

I have up for sale a Sharp GF-9191 & Crown SZ-5100!  I had bought one too many of each and I'm willing to part ways with them.  They are in very good condition and they are both fully functional! The Crown has one broken antenna but whoever gets this box will have no problem with putting a new one in. If you need additional photo's let me know. Please PM me with offers. ( can also be reached at  ptaka69@yahoo.com) I had taken them straight out of the boxes that I received them in and have cleaned them up and tested them to make sure they working.  I have also a Sharp-GF 9090 that I'm about to put up for sale as I just put new belts in and I'm just trying to finish cleaning her up.  She has a great sound!  As soon as I'm finished I will post pictures but if your interested then let me know.  Thanks!:-)

Alan

Ptaka69. I'm in Australia

ptaka69 - 2013-02-11 13:18

Hey!  The reason I asked is that the Crown is 220v only.  It can be converted but I wanted to let you know that before you make a decision on wether you wanted to buy it or not. :-)  Let me know.

Hope you don't mind but it seems you've accidentally 'bolded' your posts, I fixed them for you.

I have spoken with 2 electrical engineers in my office over this.  They both cannot say 100% if anything will happen but said it could be ok. The reason for this they said was that in the U.S. its 120volts but it actually puts out around 110volts when measured.  The one electical engineer which is from Japan told me that in Japan its 100volts and when he plugged in his stereo in the states it didn't do anything to his equipment.  So as you see there isn't a certain answer to this but if you can measure the output of your wall outlet to see what it really is putting out it might help out with your decision.  I wish I could give you a certain answer but that was the answer from the electrical engineers.  Let me know what you want to do.
