Self-made "reel cassette"

it took half of hour to make fake reels.Used material- white sticker (3layers) and black one. It's fake, but looks good in the boomboox!:]

Super cool project! I wonder if a swirl on each reel would also look cool. -Think those discs that a hypnotist uses.......

had some prisam sticky backed paper and also did some for my boxes awhile ago - they look better in the smaller long boxes

these are just experimental designs, i don't care if cassettes aren't working- i just had some free time and i want my boxes to look better with these things:],there's "reels" only on that side, on other there's nothing:]. U can buy some strange painted "reel clear" cassettes, u can buy expencive Teac's, or u can just make some little "do it yourself" experiments with your old tapes. Designs can be VERY various, u can print some words on the reels, stickers can be also very different, just like old cassettes are. Logos, all those "normal/abnormal/ferric tape/best for CD!/made in whateva", also some scratches can be polished away with gel (hate my english) for metal or plastic polishing. That cassete with grey reels right next to Basf is Basf also, but everything is removed with that polisher.
