1982 & 1989 tdk help!!

I found these babies at my local trift store
I have never seen this kind of tapes
The sm20 is from 1989, and the D180 is from 1982!  Are they any good? What is puzzling me is the 180min. tape! I mean seriously 180 minutes of music packed in that case!. I wonder how thin and longlasting is the tape itself! And what about the sm20? R they one song special kind of tape?  Im seriously confused!!! Any comment or info will b appreciated!!!! Thank you to you all!!!!

TDK SM is the pro version of TDK SA iirc.

 

D180 were quite popular in Japan, probably crinkle up like crazy if you were to use it. Most tape deck manufacturers hint at avoiding even 120 minute cassettes. Ultra mega thin tape.
