Laugh Out Loud sorry. if i had any parts left from my 931 they would be yours man Wink

oldskool69 - 2008-09-26 19:13

That's cool. Those are the only things I need to make her complete. Both the decks work and it still has the protective film on the plastic facings. Smile

gluecifer - 2008-09-26 19:58

If this is something you'd like to sell further down the track please keep me in mind Oldskool.

Rock On.

oldskool69 - 2008-09-26 21:11

Found the ALC switch and repaired it so I only need battery compartment cover. Once I clean it up she'll be minty. And both decks work!

If I do sell it Glucifer it will be posted here (For Sale section) first for offers.

I will probably post pics tommorow as I just bought it home today. Still has original protective film over the controls. Smile

we want to see that way maybe i will pick up a few tips as my 9696 needs a battery cover also Nod Yes

redbenjoe - 2008-09-26 22:19

you guys CAN make those battery covers --

use the 1/8" luan ply --(also called 'doorskins')

not the perfect solution -- but -paint it back --
looks good --
and will securely hold the batteries in place --
while you are waiting for the original.

in other words if you dont see this battery door either then it must be missing as well? Maybe you could make him a back door as well or get this one and have two of the same problem Laugh Out Loud

oldskool69 - 2008-09-28 12:40

Please disregard the post above. Roll Eyes As noted in another thread...I HAVE ONE...so if someone wants a TRC-931 and an doesn't mind fixing it go for it. Nod Yes Unlike you know who, I don't need five, six, or even two. Roll Eyes

As Sinister noted the 935 and 975 doors will be suitable as well as a 931 door. Smile

Thanks! Big Grin
