Looking for volume /balance controls

what does that model look like

These are the pics, I am not sure what I need but the volume/bass/treble/balance and loudness switch are on one small board with 5 wires, So if someone has complete board with switches i will buy it

Well my volume control pot on right channel is bad, I believe so I would need the volume control but It would be easier to get whole board with pots
