Hi got 777 cheap as the back corner has been smashed so got no power as the circuit board to the mains is broke in two, any help on getting another board or something to get it working even if its only a iPod through the speakers cheers

I had the same trouble with my Vela Discolite, have you tried plugging in  a 15 volt dc power supply to the jack input at the back? If not, it worked for me!

good luck!

If its the small board with the transformer on it that will be an easy fix. Just solder it back together. Probably only a 5 min job. Good luck

As above need to replace the two outer cones, any idea what to buy? Someone offered me the back panel and circuit board for power supply in china £130 posted can I get cheaper anywhere?

Not sure about that price but when folks have parts boxes the rear case is usually a wanted piece by many and often is first to go. So it is not so much about price but about availability.

Cheers for the above

I have a spare power transformer only.....but its 100volts it came from a Japanese domestic GF-999.....will work ...but may need a converter in the long run to be safe.....
